Part of our \u2018Becoming Information Conscious\u2019 series. We have created a workbook for these exercises<\/a> using Google Sheets \u2013 note you\u2019ll need to be logged into Google to make a copy.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the final bit of work I’m going to ask you to do in these exercises, and it’s very simple. Go and make some choices! Look at all of the systems you identified as needing back in chapter 5 and write a couple of potential solutions next to each one. Identify where you can double up on functionality and reduce your need to integrate different systems. Go do some Googling, and ask us if you have any specific questions. The great thing is that many software companies allow you to sign up for a free trial, so you really have nothing to lose, and the time invested will be well worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
